Ravil always dreamed of achieving a Guinness World Records title from the age of 14. Now, 20 years later, he has finally made this a reality!
Since a young age, Ravil has been competing in many swimming competitions. However, when isolation hit during the COVID-19 pandemic, he began doing burpees at home. He really enjoyed the exercise so decided to set himself the challenge of achieving a Guinness World Records title in burpee pull-ups.
Ravil trained almost every day for around 1.5 hours, and on Sundays he trained for 7 hours.
"It was very difficult, but daily training strengthened my muscles", he explains.
After the attempt, Ravil suffered from aching muscles and a few calluses. However, after 3 days, he was able to train once again.
