Jessica Rossi (Italy), 20, missed just one of her 100 shots to set a new record score of 99 and win Olympic gold in the women's trap shooting (100 targets) at the Royal Artillery Barracks, Woolwich, London, UK, on 4 August 2012.
Rossi, a police officer, became the first shooter to hit a maximum 75 in qualifying, and she only missed out on hitting a maximum 100 targets in the final by missing on her 92nd shot.
