The largest gazpacho measures 9,800 litres (2,155.699 UK gal; 2,588.886 US gal), achieved by Unica Group (Spain) in Parque de las Almadrabillas, Almería, Spain, on 9 June 2019.
All benefits from the event were donated to two NGOs, a local association supporting children with disabilities (ANDA) and the Spanish association for the fight against Cancer (AECC). Almeria was the Spanish capital of gastronomy in 2019 which was also celebrated at the event.
