A traditional cochinita pibil was prepared using 47 ovens and served from a 50 meter long serving dish. The cochinita pibil was served in the traditional Yucatan-style with hand patted tortillas, pickled red onions and habanero sauce. There were 250 student volunteers from the Universidad Tecnológica del Poniente who helped prepare, cook and serve the public.
