The most one arm knuckle push ups in one minute, alternating arms (male) is 67, and was achieved by Thounaojam Niranjoy Singh (India) in Imphal, Manipur, India, on 3 February 2020.

Thounaojam was inspired to attempt this Guinness World Records title when he saw what the current record was and believed he could achieve this. This became his new daily exercise, with an attempt date in mind October 2019 was his goal with his aim to break the current record. Thounaojam trained in the mornings from 5am-7am and from 6pm-9pm. Thounaojam found that meeting Guinness World Records requirements of 90 degrees within the push up required additional training to make sure all guidelines were followed. Thounaojam mediated prior to attempt to keep himself focused in front of the large crowd in attendance. Thounaojam would like to attempt to break further Guinness World Record titles in the future.
